Friday evening, a Palestinian security source in Gaza reported that one resident was killed, two injured, after a shell exploded in a car they were driving in Gaza.
The explosion, which was described as huge, occurred near al-Shifa Medical Compound, in Gaza city.
The source stated that the three residents are members of Al-Aqsa brigades, the military wing of Fatah, and that apparently a homemade shell detonated in their car as they were transferring to an unknown location.
The killed resident was identified as Ashraf Edrees al-Ashwah, the two other residents sustained serious injuries to several parts of their bodies.
