A Palestinian medical source in Salfit reported that Samer Harbawi died of wounds sustained on Friday after a military apache fired at least one missile at a car in the city, killing three Palestinians.

The three residents who were instantly killed in Salfit air strike were identified as Rabie Fahmi Harb, Rami Harb, and Mohammad Ayesh, 22 years old; all are members of al-Qassam brigades, the military wing of Hamas.

Following the air strike, Israeli soldiers invaded Salfit, imposed curfew barring the residents from leaving their homes, and surrounding the Emergency Hospital, apparently in an attempt to abduct the bodies, but hundreds of residents were there and barred the soldiers from entering it.

In a separate incident, a child identified as Moath Jamal abu Saleem, 16, died of wounds sustained earlier in the city.

The child was injured during a previous military invasion in Salfit.

Curfew resumed over the Salfit and several surrounding areas, while soldiers continued their siege over Salfit Governmental Hospital.  

Seven Palestinians killed in W.B and Gaza air strikes

Friday afternoon, seven members of al-Qassam brigades, were killed in two air strikes carried out by the Israeli army in the West Bank city of Salfit and Gaza, several residents were injured.

A Palestinian security source reported that Israeli air force fired missiles at a car in Tal al-Hawa area, west of Gaza city, killing four members of al-Qassam brigades, the military wing of Hamas.

A medical source at al-Shifa hospital in Gaza reported that the bodies of two members were completely mutilated.

Later on the two members were identified as Adel Naniyya, the nephew of Ismail Haniyya, a prominent political leaders of Hamas, Asem abu Ras, Saber abu Assy, and Amjad Arafat.

Four residents sustained light-to-moderate wounds. 

This air strike is the second in less than 24 hours against Palestinian target.

The attack took place in Wadi al-Sha’er area, in the West Bank city of Salfit. 

The three bodies were completely mutilated which make it difficult to identify them.

The three killed in Salfit were identified as Rabie Fahmi Harb, Rami Hard, and Mohammad Ayyash; all are members of al-Qassam brigades, the military wing of Hamas. 

Three air strikes has been carried out by the Israeli Air force against Palestinian targets in less than 24 hours.

The region witnessed rapid escalation of attacks and counter attacks in the past 48 hours, including Palestinian Qassam and mortar shells at Israeli settlements and Israeli air strikes against Palestinian areas.
