Palestinian resistance fired, on Thursday morning, a homemade shell at the Israeli Negev town of Sderot.
The shell landed and exploded in an open field, army source reported.
The “Red Dawn†alert system in Sderot was activated when the Qassam shell was fired from Gaza towards the town, the source added.
