An Israeli military source reported, on Thursday at night, that a group of 50 extremist settlers of Hebron attacked Palestinian residents in the city, and hurled rocks at them; the police dispersed the settlers after clashing with the residents.

The source stated that the Palestinian residents responded to the settlers’ attack by throwing stones back at them.

Three settlers were arrested, including two settler-women, for illegal gathering and assault.

After the settlers were dispersed, the police noticed twelve settler children, aged 8-10, throwing stones at the Palestinian residents near the Ibrahimi Mosque in the city.

The settlers were chanting slogans against the Palestinians, and calling on Israel to expel them from the city.
