Israeli soldiers, supported by approximately ten armored vehicles, invaded Tiqua village, east of Bethlehem on Tuesday evening, broke into dozens of homes, and arrested one resident.

A local source in the village reported the soldiers fired rubber-coated bullets and gas bombs at dozens of youth who hurled stones at them after invading their village.

The clashes were mainly centered in the center and eastern parts of the village.

A local source in the village reported that some of the bullets and gas bombs hit the homes causing damage, several residents suffocated after inhaling gas.

Also, Israeli soldiers arrested Za’al Ali Al Sha’er, 23, after breaking into his home, and took him to an unknown destination.

Al Sha’er is a member of the Palestinian National Security force; army claims that he is wanted by the Israeli security for his “activities with Fateh movement”.
