Israeli Public Security Service, (Shin Bet) and police forces arrested a Palestinian man from the West Bank city of Jenin on suspicion that he misused charity money, Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported on Sunday.
According to Israel Radio report, Police claim Ahmad Saltana who works for the charity funds commission in Jenin have transferred money to families of some Palestinians who carried out suicide bombings in , and imprisoned Hamas activists. 
 
Police claimed that Saltana transferred millions of dollars collected through charity organizations in Europe to the families.
 
Israeli intelligence service has always accused Hamas of using charity funds for dispatching suicide bombers.  Israeli Air Force gun-ships had continuously shelled Hamas charitable organizations.
 
Israeli military usually demolish the homes of suicide bombers as punishment policy and their families usually become homeless.
