A Homemade shell fired, on Wednesday at night, by the Palestinian resistance at an Israeli area landed on a Palestinian house in Beit Lahia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

The shell hit the house of Fahed Abu Rabi’e injuring his seven-year old daughter, Samar.

Considerable damage was reported to the house.

Samar was transferred to a nearby hospital; her injury was described as minor.

The Palestinian Ministry of Interior repeatedly called for halting the firing of homemade shells and described them as a threat to the Palestinian society, property and residents.
