Israeli army radio reported, on Wednesday morning, that soldiers arrested 11 residents from several areas in the West Bank.
According to the source, two were arrested in Nablus city, two were arrested in Bethlehem, and seven residents were arrested in Tulkarem city.
The arrests were carried out despite an Israeli statement which claimed that the army will halt its operations in the Palestinian territories during the Palestinian legislative council elections which started earlier on Wednesday.
