Israeli soldiers abducted, Tuesday, a Palestinian teen, identified as Wadea’ Abu Turki, 17,  near the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron city, in the southern part of the West Bank.

The Israeli army claimed that the the teen refused to be searched, and  went through a metal detector, when Israeli forces reported seeing a knife.

The Maan News Agency quoted local sources saying that the teen reportedly “pointed the knife toward a soldier .”

Abu Turki was  immediately detained, no further information was given.

On October 15, the soldiers killed Elias Saleh Yassin, 22, an illegal Israeli colony, north of Salfit, in the occupied West Bank, reportedly after he attempted to stab them.
