Israeli Special Forces broke into Aida Refugee Camp, in the northern part of the West Bank city of Bethlehem on Monday and surrounded many houses in the camp.
Eyewitnesses said that the forces arrested Khadir Daamsah, 22, claiming that he is a member of the Palestinian resistance group called al-Aqsa Brigades.
Witnesses added that the brother of Daamsah, Firas, 31, was also arrested, and that the Israeli soldiers provoked confrontations with children, who threw stones at soldiers as the soldiers fired live ammunition. No injuries were reported.
