The Israeli border guard police arrested 680 Palestinian residents after claiming that they were staying in Israel without legal permits.
An Israeli police source in Jerusalem reported that 550 residents were arrested in the city while the rest were arrested in several other areas in Israel.
Also, the police arrested 20 Israelis for transporting the Palestinian residents, in addition to arresting 15 other Israelis for employing them.
