At least two Palestinians were killed and several wounded in an Israeli air strike in the Gaza Strip, Palestinian Sources reported on Thursday morning.

Four Israeli warplanes fired four missiles into the middle of the Gaza Strip. Their first “target” was a Peugot car in the Zawaida area of the mid-Strip.

The two were identified as Ahmed Abu Nijim and Wahel Al Aqra, thought to be members of Al-Quds brigade the Islamic Jihad armed resistance wing.  A third person in the car is critically injured.

The second "target" was a Mercedes in which three Palestinians are reported injured.  Eyewitnesses said the car was empty and the wounded were by-standers.
