Friday afternoon, two Palestinians were killed and at least four others were injured after the Israeli air force fired missiles at Al Salateen area, in Beit Lahia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip. At least eighty residents, including twenty-seven children were injured.
One of the killed is a deaf man, Palestinian medical and security sources reported.
Also, Israeli tanks surrounding the Bedouin village in Beit Lahia, fired several tank shells at dozens of houses; damage was reported, no injuries.
Media spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health said that the death toll arrived to thirty residents in less than two days, and that at least eighty residents were injured.
The spokesperson added that at least twelve residents were admitted to the intensive care unit, and that at least 27 children were injured since Thursday.
The Israeli army carried several air strikes in Al Salateen area since early morning hours on Friday.
Also, one resident died on Friday of wounds suffered in an air strike carried by the army in the northern part of the Gaza Strip on Thursday.
