The Israeli army has handed out military orders renewing the closing of 1000 shops and businesses in the old town area of the West Bank city of Hebron along with the closer of more than 21 streets in the area, Monday morning.
According to the champer of commerce office in the city, the losses of the shop and business owners in that area will exceed a 100 thousand USD per day.
Also the office added that this aims to drive the Palestinians shop owners and business out of that area to expand the illegal Israeli settlements.
Those shops and business were targeted by the army and settlers with attacks and closer orders since the starting on this Intifada five years ago.
