Soldiers stormed the old city, searching and ransacking several homes allegedly looking for illegal substances. One of the houses searched belongs to Nidal Al Natsha, eyewitnesses reported.
Meanwhile, soldiers stationed at the Al Liah checkpoint north of the city stopped residents for long hours, searching cars and checking ID cards, local sources reported.
