Palestinian sources reported that Israeli jet fighters fired several missiles at Palestinian cars in the northern Gaza Strip town of Beit Lahiya on Monday afternoon, killing one, and injuring two.The Popular Resistance Committee, a Palestinian resistance group based in the coastal region, said that one of its leaders Amer Karmot, also known as Abu Al Sa’ed, was killed in the attack.
Medical sources said that two were also injured in the latest attack, with one of them in critical condition.
These latest Israeli attacks come less than two hours after two Palestinians from Gaza blew themselves up in a mall in the southern Israeli town of Dimona. Two Palestinians and an Israeli woman were killed in the attack. Israeli sources also reported 10 people injured.
