Over the past 24 hours, 28 Palestinians have been killed, including five bodies recovered from the debris, while 179 others were wounded.
The latest figures do not include casualties from hospitals in northern Gaza, as access to those facilities remains severely restricted.
Since March 18, 2025, when Israel resumed the genocide in Gaza, the number of fatalities has reached 3,924, with 11,267 injuries recorded.
Emergency responders continue to struggle to reach victims still buried under collapsed buildings and scattered across the streets, as Israeli bombardments continues.
Medical sources in Gaza said the Israeli army committed two new massacres in the central and the northern parts of the Gaza Strip.
In Jabalia, in northern Gaza, the army bombarded a home in Jabalia an-Nazla areas, killing at least four Palestinians and wounding dozen, mostly children.
Another strike, targeting Jabalia refugee camp, killed four Palestinians and caused several injuries.

In addition, the army fired barrages of live rounds and tank shells at areas in the western part of Rafah, in Gaza’s southmost part.
Also, medical sources have confirmed that Israeli soldiers fired live rounds at displaced Palestinians near a humanitarian aid distribution center, north of Rafah, killing one woman, and wounding many Palestinians.
Two Palestinians were also injured by live rounds fired by Israeli military drones in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Rafah.
It is worth mentioning that, on Tuesday, Israeli missiles and shells killed more than 28 Palestinians, including children and women, and injured dozens, across the coastal enclave, while many Palestinian remain under the rubble.
Israeli occupation forces conducted early-morning demolitions of residential buildings in eastern Shuja’iyya, located in Gaza City, on Wednesday.
Media sources in Gaza said Israeli troops also destroyed homes in northern Rafah, in southern Gaza.
Israeli occupation forces have been conducting near-daily demolitions in areas where they have expanded their ground invasion, leading to widespread devastation across entire neighborhoods.
Repeated demolition operations have razed entire residential blocks, leaving vast areas in ruins along the Israeli military’s incursion routes.
Israeli forces are currently advancing deeper into Rafah and Khan Younis in the south, as well as eastern Gaza City and the areas surrounding Beit Lahia and Beit Hanoun in the north.
It is worth mentioning that the first attempt at aid distribution under the Israeli-U.S. backed plan in Rafah descended into chaos, with gunfire leaving multiple casualties, including fatalities and injuries.

The United Nations has expressed strong concerns over the conditions surrounding the operation, raising alarms about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
Meanwhile, international pressure continues to mount on Israel, with European nations urging an end to the war and calling for unrestricted access to humanitarian aid for the besieged population.
On its part, Hamas has condemned the chaotic scenes at the aid distribution center, where thousands of desperate civilians rushed to receive supplies, only to be met with gunfire.
The movement stated that these events provide “undeniable proof of the failure of Israel’s controversial aid mechanism.”
In an official statement, Hamas described the distribution system as “a trap that endangers civilian lives and serves as a tool for imposing security control over Gaza under the guise of humanitarian assistance.”

The group asserted that Israel’s aid plan was “deliberately designed to sideline the United Nations and its agencies, reinforcing political and military objectives rather than genuinely helping those in need.” Hamas argued that this approach constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law.
The movement further criticized the so-called “safe distribution sites,” which it described as coercive models of humanitarian corridors that humiliate displaced Palestinians and turn aid into a tool of extortion.
Hamas accused Israel of systematically using starvation and deprivation as a means of control while continuing to block the entry of humanitarian aid through official border crossings, in clear violation of international law.
Regarding ceasefire negotiations, reports indicate that the United States is urging both Israel and Hamas to reach an agreement.
Menstrual health is a right.
And for many girls and women in Gaza, that right is denied constantly amid violence and lack of sufficient aid.
More aid at scale must be let in. A lasting ceasefire must be reinstated.#MenstrualHygieneDay pic.twitter.com/e4o7hgDerA

According to Haaretz, Washington is exploring guarantees that could address the concerns of both sides, aiming to secure a lasting truce.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) has stressed the urgent need for unrestricted humanitarian access to Gaza, emphasizing that residents can no longer afford to wait.
UNRWA officials have warned that aid deliveries remain critically insufficient, with hundreds of trucks needed daily to supply food, medical equipment, fuel, and clean water.
As the humanitarian crisis worsens, Israeli restrictions continue to block aid shipments, leaving thousands of Palestinians at risk due to severe shortages of essential supplies.
Israel resumed the genocide in Gaza on March 18, 2025, after violating a ceasefire agreement, resulting in the deaths of at least 3,900 Palestinians and injuries to more than 11,000 others, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry.
Israel has now killed at least 54,056 Palestinians, including more than 16,505 children and 9,799 women, and wounded at least 123,129, mostly children, women and elderly, in addition to thousands of missing Palestinians, largely under the rubble across the devastated coastal enclave.
