Israeli settlers uprooted dozens of trees from near the village of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, a local activist said. Settlers uprooted 47 olive trees and 55 grape vines in a land belonging to a 78-year-old farmer.

He added that settlers assaulted the old landowner and threatened to kill him, wrote hateful graffiti on stones.
