On January 25, 2006 Palestinians in the West Bank, Gaza and Jerusalem elected delegates to the Palestinian parliament.
After the elections the Change and Reform (Hamas) party headed a national unity government. Khaled Abu Arafe was appointed as the Minister for Jerusalem Affairs. This is his story.
