Israeli soldiers invaded, late on Wednesday at night, the al-Yamoun town, in the northern West bank district of Jenin, and kidnapped two children. The army also invaded a number of nearby towns.Media sources said the soldiers kidnapped Maisara Ahmad Mahameed, 16, and Ahmad Mohammad âAbahra, 15 years of age, and took them to an unknown destination.
Several army vehicles also invaded Yaâbad town, and Deir Abu Daâif village, and patrolled their streets before withdrawing.
In addition, soldiers installed sand barriers, blocking three dirt roads leading to Yaâbad town, southwest of the northern West Bank city of Jenin.
Local sources said the soldiers also installed roadblocks on the Jenin-Tulkarem road, especially near Umreeha village, close to the Mabo Dotan illegal Israeli colony, built on Palestinian lands belonging to residents from Yaâbad and âArraba.
The army prevented dozens of villagers from entering their olive orchards in the area.
