Israeli soldiers injuries an aged woman in Gaza and demolish a Palestinian home in Jerusalem. These stories, and more, coming up, stay tuned.

A Palestinian 70 year old woman was injured on Wednesday after being shot by Israeli soldiers who targeted her home located in Al Boraje area in central Gaza Strip.

According to local sources, Israeli soldiers stationed at military towers at the border fence with Gaza opened heavy machinegun fire at residents’ homes close to the borders injuring the woman.

Medical sources said that the aged woman was moved to a nearby hospital after being hit with a built in her knick. Doctors said she is in critical condition.

Elsewhere, Israeli soldiers invaded on Wednesday at dawn, several parts of the southern West Bank district of Hebron, and kidnapped thirteen Palestinians, including seven children.

On Tuesday night, Israeli soldiers invaded Jabal ar-Rahma area in Hebron, shot and wounded three Palestinians, including one who suffered a serious injury, and kidnapped one resident.

Also on Wednesday, Dozens of Israeli soldiers invaded the town of Hizma, in occupied Jerusalem, searched many homes, and kidnapped ten Palestinians.

In other news, Hundreds of Israeli soldiers invaded, on Wednesday at noon, the Shu’fat refugee camp, in occupied Jerusalem, after completely surrounding the camp and exploding a Palestinian home — causing structural damage to a number of nearby homes.

The hundreds of soldiers were deployed in different parts of the refugee camp, while sharpshooters occupied the rooftops of many buildings. The demolished property is the third floor of a residential building, owned by Ibrahim al-‘Akari, who was killed by the Israeli army last year. The Family lawyer, Midhat Deeba said the soldiers first demolished parts of the property before wiring and detonating it.

The Israeli invasion and demolition led to clashes between the soldiers and dozens of local youth in different parts of the refugee camp, while a number of armed Palestinian resistance fighters also exchanged fire with the invading soldiers in the at-Tehta neighborhood, near the neighborhood were al-‘Akari family home is located.

Dozens of residents hurled stones and empty bottles at the invading soldiers who fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets and gas bombs, causing many injuries. Medical teams were prevented by Israeli forces from entering the surrounded refugee camp.

On December 31st, 2014, the Israeli Supreme Court approved demolition orders of four homes belonging to slain Palestinians, in Jabal al-Mokabber and the Shu’fat refugee camp.
