Palestinian medical sources have reported, Friday, that several Palestinians have been injured, after Israeli soldiers attacked protesters in ‘Aida refugee camp, north of the West Bank city of Bethlehem.Eyewitnesses said the soldiers deliberately fired gas bombs into a Palestinian car, and that the driver, Odah Khalil Badawna, suffered severe effects of tear gas inhalation, and was moved to the Beit Jala, Governmental Hospital.
The clashes took place near the eastern entrance of the refugee camp, while the soldiers fired dozens of gas bombs, rubber-coated steel bullets, and several live rounds.
Scores of residents, including children and elderly, suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.
