Israeli forces abducted, five Palestinians in the governornates of Tulkarem, Qalqilia, and Nablus, in the northwestern and northern parts of the occupied West Bank.

At dawn Monday, occupation forces abducted two Palestinian young men from the Tulkarem governorate, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that soldiers invaded the Thanaba suburb, east of Tulkarem, storming the home of the young man, Baraa Sharif Shahrour, before abducting him.

Meanwhile, before dawn, occupation forces abducted a young man while he was passing through a military roadblock near Qalqilia, in the northwestern part of the West Bank.

Media sources said that soldiers abducted the young man, Musab Abed Rabbo, a citizen of the Tulkarem refugee camp, while he was passing through a flying military roadblock near Qalqilia.

Furthermore, Israeli forces invaded the city of Qalqilia and deployed infantry units in various areas of the city, sparking protests among local Palestinians.


Media sources said that on Monday afternoon, the army stormed the city and opened fire with live rounds, tear gas canisters, and concussion grenades; no injuries were reported.

In related news, occupation forces invaded the town of Ya’bad, west of Jenin in the northern West Bank, on Monday morning.

Media sources said that the army stormed several neighborhoods in the town and conducted a wide-scale search campaign; no abductions were reported.

Arab 48 reported that occupation soldiers abducted a citizen and his son; Sheikh Jihad Shahada was abducted from his home in the town of Jamma’in southwest of Nablus, while his son, Daoud was abducted after being detained at the Al-Murabba’a military roadblock, southwest of Nablus

The sources added that Israeli forces abducted the young man, Sabri Saher Abu Asab, in the city of Qalqilia, after soldiers stormed the city and assaulted its residents.
