On Thursday evening, Israeli soldiers abducted two Palestinian children, after injuring one of them, in Anata town, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, in the West Bank.

Media sources reported that several Israeli military jeeps invaded Anata and set up a roadblock in the center of the town.

The soldiers stopped and searched dozens of vehicles, interrogating many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

The sources added that the soldiers assaulted and injured one child before abducting him along with another child, taking them to an unknown destination.

Additionally, the soldiers invaded a clothing store owned by Mohammad Refa’ey and ransacked the property.

Earlier Thursday, Israeli soldiers abducted at least 25 Palestinians, including former political prisoners, from their homes in several parts of the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) said.
