The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers kidnapped, overnight and at dawn Monday, eleven Palestinians, including two women and two former political prisoners, in different parts of the occupied West Bank.

The PPS said the soldiers kidnapped a woman, identified as Su’ad Abdul-Mohsin Thawabta, while visiting her imprisoned son in the Negev detention camp. The woman is from the West Bank district of Bethlehem.

The soldiers also invaded Teqoua’ town, east of Bethlehem, searched homes and kidnapped one Palestinian, identified as Ahmad Jamal al-‘Amour, while Mohammad Khaled Taqatqa was kidnapped from his home in Beit Fajjar town, south of Bethlehem.

Furthermore, several military vehicles invaded ‘Awarta town, east of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, before the soldiers searched a few homes, and kidnapped two former political prisoners, identified as Moayyad Sharab and Shadi Awwad.

The PPS added that the soldiers kidnapped four young Palestinian men in Jenin, in the northern part of the West Bank.

In addition, the soldiers invaded several areas, in different parts of the southern West Bank district of Hebron, kidnapped two Palestinians, and closed many roads with sand hills and concrete blocks.
