Israeli soldiers invaded, on Thursday at dawn, Aida refugee camp, north of the occupied West Bank city of Bethlehem, searched homes and kidnapped two young men. The soldiers also injured two children with live fire.
Eyewitnesses said the soldiers broke into, and violently searched, several homes in the camp, and kidnapped Anas Nabhan al-‘Amour, 24, and Mohammad Ahmad al-Amir, 27.
The army also detained two young men, identified as Mustafa and Ibrahim Mohammad Abu Srour, and released them later.
The invasion led to clashes in the camp, especially after the soldiers occupied rooftops. The army fire several live rounds, rubber-coated metal bullets and gas bombs.
Medical sources said two young men were shot with live rounds in their legs, and several Palestinians suffered the effects of tear gas inhalation.
