The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza said at least seventy Palestinians have been killed by Israeli missiles and shells, in addition to dozens of injuries, across the Gaza Strip, Thursday.
Medical sources said several Palestinians were killed and injured in Israeli artillery shelling of the Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza city.
The sources added that ten Palestinians were also killed, and many injured, in an Israeli bombing targeting a car near the Saraya junction, in Gaza city.
In related news, the Israeli military has issued evacuation orders for several areas in northern Gaza, including Jabalia, Al-Atatra, Shuja’iyya, Al-Daraj, and Al-Zeitoun. These directives have intensified concerns over forced displacement as the conflict continues to escalate.

Furthermore, the army fired several artillery shells at areas in the eastern part of Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza.
In addition, at least one Palestinian was killed, and several others injured, some seriously, when an Israeli drone fired a missile at Palestinians in front of a humanitarian aid distribution building on the Sikka Street, in the center of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.
Israeli military helicopters also fired barrages of live rounds at the al-Fukhari town, southeast of Khan Younis, while the soldiers also fired artillery shells at Qizan Rashwan area in the city.

It is worth mentioning that at least nine Palestinians were killed and more than 60 injured after being targeted by the army while gathering near an American-run aid distribution center.

Meanwhile, Amnesty International has condemned Israel’s actions, stressing that the international community must not remain passive while such tactics are employed. The organization has emphasized that any humanitarian aid strategy must safeguard the dignity and safety of civilians, ensuring their protection amid the ongoing crisis.
The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor (EuroMedHR) reports that nearly 10% of Gaza’s population has been directly impacted by the war, with many experiencing loss, injury, displacement, or detention. Among the affected civilians, 31% are children, and 21% are women, highlighting the devastating toll on vulnerable groups.
Rami Abdu, Assist. Prof of Law & Finance, chairperson of @EuroMedHR, said “Witkoff’s proposal, effectively a recipe for the continuation of genocide, displacement, and starvation. It is Israeli in both form and substance.” Adding that “No mechanism to deliver aid, no guarantee of a ceasefire, and no commitment to withdraw from residential areas.”
The crisis continues to escalate, with medical facilities struggling to accommodate the rising number of wounded individuals. Widespread shortages of food, clean water, and essential supplies have compounded the suffering of those trapped in the conflict, raising alarm among humanitarian organizations.
At least 3,986 have been killed, and 11,451 have been injured since Israel broke the ceasefire deal, resumed the genocide in Gaza, on March 18, 2025.
The death toll in Gaza has now surpassed 54,249, including 16,505 children, 9,800 women, and 248 journalists. The total number of injuries has risen to over 123,492, with thousands still trapped under the rubble and unable to receive medical aid.
