On Monday, Day 632 since the beginning of the genocide and Day 103 since its resumption on March 18th after a brief pause of 53 days, Israeli occupation forces continued bombing and shelling various parts of the devastated, starved, and besieged Gaza Strip, killing and injuring dozens of Palestinians, including civilians waiting for humanitarian aid.

On Monday afternoon, an Israeli missile struck a crowded beach where Palestinians were gathered trying to cool off from the excessive heat. The missile killed 24 Palestinian civilians, including a journalist, and wounded at least 50, many of them seriously.

Earlier on Monday, Israeli forces attacked a so-called ‘humanitarian aid’ distribution site, killing ten civilians and wounding many others.

The death toll from the Israeli occupation forces’ genocidal war and aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 56,531 killed and 133,642 wounded since October 7, 2023.

Medical sources reported on Monday that the death toll includes 6,203 martyrs and 21,601 wounded since March 18, when the occupation resumed its aggression on the Gaza Strip following the ceasefire agreement.

Medical sources at Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City announced the suspension of kidney dialysis services due to fuel shortages, threatening the lives of 350 patients who depend on this service to survive .

The sources added that patients in intensive care units face immediate death due to the lack of fuel needed to operate vital medical equipment, as services will only last for a few hours.

The hospital’s generators will stop working completely at 12 noon on Tuesday, meaning that hundreds of patients, and perhaps thousands, will face a life-threatening situation.

The sources confirmed that international organizations informed the hospital administration that the Israeli occupation is preventing the entry of fuel into the Gaza Strip, and that there are no options available to address this crisis other than a complete halt to medical services.

The ongoing 21-month war of extermination on the Gaza Strip has left approximately 189,000 Palestinians dead or wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing. Hundreds of thousands have been displaced, and dozens have been ravaged by famine.

Updated from 22:47 pm:

In the morning, Israeli warplanes struck a humanitarian aid distribution warehouse in the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City, killing ten Palestinian civilians. Medical sources confirmed that the total death toll since dawn had reached at least 27.

Separately, Israeli drones fired live ammunition at residential homes in the Tuffah neighborhood, while several Palestinians were killed and others wounded in an airstrike targeting displaced people in Shuja’iyya, also in eastern Gaza City.

In Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza, Israeli warplanes targeted a tent sheltering displaced Palestinians in the yard of Al-Aqsa Hospital, inuring many Palestinians, including journalist Mohammad Skeik.

Israeli drone strikes also injured several residents in Camp 2 of the Nuseirat refugee camp, in Deir Al-Balah.

Further south, Israeli forces killed at least 13 Palestinians and wounded dozens more, some critically, after targeting civilians waiting for food aid in Khan Younis, medical officials at Nasser Medical Complex have confirmed.

The army also rigged and detonated multiple residential structures in eastern Khan Younis, and are ongoing with the rigging of more homes and buildings, Al-Jazeera has confirmed.

United Nations reports confirm that over 550 Palestinians have been killed while attempting to access food from Israeli-American aid distribution sites, which have been widely rejected by international humanitarian organizations.

Established in late June, these sites have been described as “death traps” designed to lure starving civilians under siege and subject them to lethal attacks, forced displacement, and deliberate humiliation.

On the ground, the al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced that its fighters had targeted four Israeli military bulldozers east of Khan Younis using “Yassin 105” rockets.

Meanwhile, the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, claimed several attacks against Israeli forces across Gaza.

These military developments unfold amid a spiraling humanitarian catastrophe. Gaza’s Government Media Office reported that at least 66 children have died from malnutrition, while the Director-General of the Gaza Ministry of Health warned that thousands more face the same fate as Israel continues to block humanitarian aid.

The Health Ministry said that, within the last 24 hours, hospitals across Gaza received the bodies of at least 81 Palestinians and treated more than 422 wounded civilians, including women and children.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has warned that Gaza’s health system faces near-total collapse, citing extensive damage to medical facilities, obstruction of safe humanitarian access, and the denial of critical supplies including fuel and medicines.

Since the start of the genocide, Israeli forces have imposed strict restrictions on the movement of the wounded and sick seeking urgent treatment outside Gaza.

These restrictions intensified after Israel sealed all border crossings on March 2 and resumed its assault on March 18, ending a two-month ceasefire that began on January 19.

According to Dr. Ahmad al-Farra of the Gaza Health Ministry, over 14,000 wounded and ill Palestinians are awaiting medical evacuation. At least 546 have died while waiting for permission to leave.

The Health Ministry stated that more than 6,271 Palestinians have been killed so far in 2025 alone, including 1,856 children, 676 women, 334 elderly individuals, and 38 journalists. Of these, 4,837 Palestinians, including 1,533 children, have been killed since Israel violated the ceasefire on March 18.

During a night of heavy Israeli strikes on al-Zaytoun, Mohammad al-Hajj Ahmad’s family was trapped, unable to flee due to his severe disability. At dawn, they risked their lives to carry him through the destruction. Mohammad, who cannot move or care for himself, endured the horror without understanding it.

His brother described escaping amid death and bloodshed, emphasizing how people with disabilities suffer the most in war, often forgotten in the chaos of displacement.
