On Thursday, Israeli forces continued their aggression against the besieged Gaza Strip, despite a so-called ceasefire, killing three Palestinians and wounding several others.

Media sources reported that on Thursday night, Israeli fighter jets fired a missile targeting a house in Deir Al-Balah, in the central part of the Gaza Strip.


At the same time, the occupation issued evacuation orders against the nearby Al-Maghazi refugee camp.

Israeli tanks heavily fired artillery shells toward the Al-Maghazi camp, and an airstrike targeted the Abdul Salam family home in the camp; no injuries were reported.

Earlier, occupation airstrikes killed one Palestinian civilian and wounded others in Gaza City. Another airstrike targeted a group of citizens in the Al-Nuseirat refugee camp, killing one citizen and injuring others.

WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli missiles killed one citizen and wounded others after targeting a house near the Al-Maghribi intersection on Jamal Abdel Nasser Street in the southern Al-Sabra neighborhod of Gaza City, in the northern Gaza Strip.


He added that an Israeli airstrike killed one citizen and wounded others after targeting a group of citizens west of the Al-Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

On Thursday morning, one Palestinian was killed and three others were injured, including one seriously, in various areas of the Gaza Strip.

Media sources reported that one Palestinian was killed after Israeli tanks fired artillery shells at a residential apartment in the Al-Nuseirat camp.

A Palestinian woman was seriously wounded after an Israeli drone fired live ammunition in ​​Beit Lahia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

In the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City, two citizens sustained injuries as a result of an Israeli drone explosion.

According to the Palestinian Health Ministry daily statistical report, the Israeli military has killed 72,991 Palestinians and wounded 173,219 others in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the ongoing genocide on October 7, 2023.

Despite the so-called ceasefire between Israel and the Islamic Resistance Movement – Hamas, signed on October 10, 2025, Israeli has killed 981 citizens and injured 3,111 others, while thousands of bodies remain buried beneath the rubble.

In related news, Al-Jazeera reported that Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, who has been held in Israeli custody since December 27, 2024, appeared in occupation court on Wednesday, showing signs of torture.

Through his lawyer Nasser Abu Odeh, Dr. Abu Safiya stated to the court, “My detention is unjust and arbitrary, and I demand my immediate release,” he added that “I am a paediatrician who provides medical services and care to patients, the wounded and vulnerable people in the Gaza Strip.”

According to the Physicians for Human Rights Israel (PHRI), Abu Safiya has been held in occupation prison without charge, for more than 500 days.

Lawyer Abu Odeh told Al-Jazeera that “Dr Hussam remains in solitary confinement in Nafha Prison. He appeared in court via screen, handcuffed and shackled, the court refused to remove the shackles.”

He added that “He has not received medical treatment or the medications he requires for his chronic illness. He continues to suffer from severe back and neck pain following an assault, and is experiencing vision problems after his glasses were confiscated and have not yet been returned.”
