Thursday, June 5, 2025 – The Israeli military continued its aggression against the besieged Gaza Strip for the 80th consecutive day since its breach of the ceasefire agreement on March 18, 2025. Occupation forces killed three journalists and injured four others, including two seriously, in Gaza City and killed many others, including women and children, in Gaza City, Jabalia, Beit Lahia, and Khan Younis.

WAFA correspondent reported that six Palestinians, including a woman and children were killed on Thursday morning after two Israeli airstrikes targeted sites in the Mawasi area of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Sources added that at least one citizen was killed and others were injured as a result of an Israeli airstrike which targeted a tent sheltering displaced Palestinians in the same area.

WAFA correspondent reported that an Israeli drone strike killed three Palestinian journalists and injured others after targeting the Baptist Hospital square in Gaza City, in the northern part of the besieged Gaza Strip.
In a statement, the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate identifies the slain journalists as;

The Journalists Syndicate also identified the four journalists who were wounded in the airstrike, including two seriously, they are;

Imad Daloul: Correspondent for Palestine Today (seriously injured),
Imam Badr: Photographer for Arab TV, and
Mahmoud Al-Ghazi: Editor for Al-Aqsa Network
It denounced the killing and wounding of journalists, calling it a continuation of a systematic policy of targeting journalists and committing successive massacres against them and their families.
The Syndicate said that the Israeli occupation has killed 225 journalists during its ongoing war of extermination against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
Since the beginning of its military onslaught against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, the Israeli military has killed at least 54,677 Palestinians and wounded 125,530 others according to the Ministry of Health.
After a failed ceasefire agreement, breached by Israeli on March 18, 2025, the occupation resumed its hostilities against the civilian population of Gaza, killing 4,402 Palestinians and injuring 13,489 others.

WAFA correspondent reported that an Israeli airstrike killed two Palestinians and wounded several others in the Aslan neighborhood, in Beit Lahia, in the northern Gaza Strip.
Also in the northern Gaza Strip, an Israeli airstrike killed three civilians and injured others in the Bir al-Naja area in the Jabalia refugee camp.
WAFA correspondent added that an Israeli drone strike killed four Palestinians and wounded dozens near the Al-Shifa Tower, in Gaza City, in the northern Gaza Strip.
In the southern Gaza Strip, Israeli forces bombarded the Ma’an area of Khan Younis, killing the two citizens, Musab Faraj Mahmoud Al-Ghalban and Bakr Ahmad Awad Abu Awad, and injuring many others.
East of Khan Younis, Israeli warplanes bombed the town of Abasan al-Kabira, killing four citizens identified as Anas Abed Abdel Salam Fasifas, Suleiman Raafat Suleiman al-Brim, Moamen Suleiman al-Abd al-Brim, and Fayez Suleiman al-Abd al-Brim.

WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli tanks targeted Batn Al-Samin, in Khan Younis with artillery shells, killing the citizen, Mohammad Nimr Abu Samhadana.
He added that Israeli soldiers shot and killed Ashour Awni Abdeen in the Al-Mawasi area in Khan Younis, while the citizen, Ahmad Al-Alawi succumbed to wounds he sustained after the Israeli shelling near the Al-Maliya junction in Tal Al-Hawa, in Gaza City.
Media sources added that the bodies of the citizens, Moatasem Khamis Al-Attar, Ahed Mohammed Al-Attar, Masoud Abdul Hadi Al-Attar, and Ahmad Abdul Rabbo Al-Attar, were recovered in the Al-Atatra area, west of Beit Lahia, in the northern Gaza Strip.
Sources added that Israeli forces shot and injured a Palestinian child at the entrance to the Al-Bureij refugee camp, in the central Gaza Strip.
They added that Israeli tanks continue to fire artillery shells towards the Al-Katiba area in Khan Younis, while Israeli soldiers opened fire with live rounds towards citizens attempting to reach an aid center near the Wadi Gaza Bridge, in the central Gaza Strip.

WAFA correspondent reported that the Israeli tanks fired artillery shells towards a group of Palestinian citizens on “Street 5” in the Al-Amal neighborhood of Khan Younis, killing four citizens.
The Arab 48 News website reported that occupation forces opened heavy fire east of the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, while an Israeli drone strike killed one citizen in the Jabalia refugee camp, in the northern Gaza Strip.
The same source added that three Palestinians were killed after Israeli forces targeted a group of citizens in the Al-Amal neighborhood of Khan Younis, while a fishing boat was targeted in the Gaza Port, west of Gaza City.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamisc resistance movement Hamas stated that their fighters targeted invading occupation forces in the Qizan al-Najjar area in Khan Younis.
Arab 48 reported that Israeli fighter jets bombed a site east of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City, destroying residential buildings.
It added that Israeli tanks fired artillery shells at the Al-Katiba and Joura Al-Aqad areas in Khan Younis and destroyed a residential area in the town of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Younis.
The Israeli army announced the interception of a missile fired from Yemen after sirens were heard in Jerusalem, central Israel, the Dead Sea, and West Bank settlements.
Arab 48 reported that Israeli helicopters opened fire with large caliber weapons at sites in the eastern areas of Gaza City, while tanks fired artillery shells into the Al-Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City.
The same source added that an Israeli airstrike targeted a residential apartment near Sheikh Radwan Clinic in Gaza City, killing two Palestinian women.
