Israeli occupation forces have sustained their assault on Tulkarem and its refugee camps for the 109th consecutive day, while the invasion of Nur Shams refugee camp has now entered its 96th day, marked by intensified destruction and mass displacement.
Early Thursday morning, Israeli soldiers expanded their demolition operations in Nur Shams refugee camp, targeting residential buildings near Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Mosque in the heart of the camp.
Local estimates indicate that in the past week alone, Israeli bulldozers razed 20 buildings, including multiple residential apartments, while other homes were detonated after their residents were forcibly displaced.
Demolition efforts have primarily focused on Al-Manshiyya, Al-Maslakh, Al-Jami’, Al-Eyada, and Al-Shuhada neighborhoods, as part of an Israeli plan to destroy 106 homes and residential buildings in Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps.
The situation remains volatile, with residents fearing another wave of demolitions, following their forced displacement and the tight siege imposed on the camps.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces continue to deploy military reinforcements into Tulkarem and its refugee camps, patrolling main streets, blaring sirens provocatively, driving against traffic, and disrupting civilian movement.
Israeli troops have also seized homes and residential buildings along Nablus Street and the adjacent northern neighborhood, converting them into military outposts after forcibly evicting residents. Some of these buildings have remained under Israeli control for over two months.
The ongoing Israeli offensive on Tulkarem and its refugee camps has resulted in the killing of 13 Palestinians, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant. Additionally, dozens have been wounded, and scores abducted. The destruction of infrastructure, homes, businesses, and vehicles continues, with widespread arson, looting, and vandalism reported.
The invasion has also triggered mass forced displacement, with over 4,200 families—totaling more than 25,000 people—forced to flee Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps. Israeli forces have demolished over 400 homes, while 2,573 others have suffered partial destruction. The refugee camps remain sealed off, with earth barriers blocking entrances and alleyways, turning them into isolated zones devoid of life.
Also Thursday, Israeli occupation forces have sustained their invasion of Jenin and its refugee camp for the 115th consecutive day, intensifying bulldozing and destruction operations aimed at erasing its identity and infrastructure while enforcing a total blockade that prevents entry or exit.
Since the beginning of 2025, Israeli occupation forces and illegal paramilitary colonizers have killed 138 Palestinians in the West Bank—among them 24 children and 5 women.
The fatalities are reported as follows: 57 in Jenin, 24 in Nablus, 20 in Tubas, 14 in Tulkarem, 6 in Hebron, 5 in Bethlehem, 3 in Ramallah, 3 in Qalqilia, 3 in Jerusalem, and 2 in Salfit.
In addition, since October 7, 2023, Israeli occupation forces have killed 982 Palestinians in the West Bank, including 187 children, 22 women, 1 journalist, and 2 medics.
In the destroyed, starved and besieged Gaza Strip, the ongoing Israeli genocide have resulted in the killing more than 52,928 Palestinians, including at least 15,626 children, 9,807 women, 3,855 elderly individuals, 237 journalists, and 23 medics. At least 119,864 people—mostly children, women, and the elderly—have been wounded, since October 7, 2023.
Additionally, around 11,160 Palestinians remain missing, largely presumed trapped under the rubble of bombed homes, buildings, and streets across the devastated coastal enclave.
The figures remain incomplete, as many victims are still trapped under rubble or in areas inaccessible to rescue teams due to massive destruction caused by ongoing Israeli bombings and invasions.
