Israeli forces killed a Palestinian young man, on Tuesday, after shooting him and abducting him in the village of Ti’inik, northwest of Jenin, in the northern occupied West Bank.

The General Authority of Civil Affairs informed the Palestinian Health Ministry who announced that the young man, Mahmoud Ibrahim Jaradat, 29, died of his wounds, on Tuesday evening, just hours after occupation forces shot and abducted him.

Media sources said that the army invaded the village of Ti’inik, besieged a home and opened fire at it, before abducting the wounded young man and taking him to an unknown location.

A short time later, Israeli authorities announced that the young man succumbed to his wounds; the army continues to withhold the body of the young man, Jaradat, who is a resident of the Jenin refugee camp.

Earlier Tuesday, the occupation army carried out a massive assault on the city of Jenin and the Jenin refugee camp, killing nine Palestinians, including a child, and injuring 40 citizens.

Since the beginning of the Israeli military onslaught against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed 870 Palestinians in the West Bank, including 178 children, and injured more than 7,000.

The distribution of those killed in the West Bank is as follows; 237 in Jenin, 197 in Tulkarem, 96 in Nablus, 78 in Hebron, 72 in Tubas, 59 in Ramallah, 50 in occupied Jerusalem, 33 in Qalqilia, 23 in Bethlehem, 12 in Jericho, 12 inside Israel, and 4 in Salfit.

Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed 47,161 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, most of whom are women and children, and injured 111,166 citizens, while the bodies of thousands of citizens remain buried under the rubble.
