On Saturday, Israeli soldiers shot and seriously injured on Palestinian land near the illegal Annexation Wall in Hibla village, south of the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia.
The Health Ministry confirmed that the young man, 21, was rushed to Darwish Nazzal governmental hospital in Qalqilia after suffering a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
It added that the young man bled profusely after the shoulders shot him and delayed the arrival of the ambulance after closing the area.
The army frequently attacks and fires at Palestinian workers and farmers near the Annexation Wall in several parts of the occupied West Bank.
