The Israeli army stormed, overnight and Monday dawn, the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast the central West Bank city of Ramallah, injured dozens, demolished a park, and abducted one young man, local sources reported.
On Sunday night, Israeli forces invaded the village, sparking protests among the local Palestinian youths, causing inhalation injuries.
Soldiers responded by firing rubber-coated steel rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at those who resisted the incursion, according to local activist, Kazem al-Hajj Muhammad.
Hajj Muhammad added that occupation forces closed the iron gate at the entrance to the village, searched vehicles, and blocked traffic going into and out of the village.
According to Amin Abu Alia, the head of the village council, said that the army stormed the village, on Monday, accompanied by bulldozers, while Israeli sharpshooters occupied the rooftops of civilian homes.
Abu Alia added that the army bulldozed the “Martyrs’ Park” which is a public park, which local Palestinian youths protested.
Soldiers opened fire with live rounds, rubber-coated steel rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters, causing dozens of injuries.

Reports state that three young men were shot with live rounds in their extremities, two others were shot with steel rounds, while dozens of others suffered the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.
At dawn Monday, Israeli forces invaded the home of a Birzeit University student, identified as Abbas Abu Alia, and abducted him from his home in the village.
