Israeli forces shot, late Thursday and early Friday, a Palestinian young man near Ramallah, in the central West Bank, another in the city of Qalqilia, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank, and a child near the northern West Bank city of Nablus.

Before midnight on Thursday, occupation forces shot a Palestinian young man and confiscated his motorcycle at the entrance to the Al-Jalazoun refugee camp, north of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank.

Media sources said that local Palestinian youths protested the army presence at the entrance to the camp, while soldiers opened fire with live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at citizens.

Soldiers shot and moderately injured a young man in the foot with live ammunition, while he was riding his motorcycle in the area, before seizing his motorcycle.

In the predawn hours of Friday, Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man in the city of Qalqilia, in the northwestern part of the West Bank.


Media sources said that the army invaded the city of Qalqilia, stormed several neighborhoods, and fired live rounds at citizens, shooting a young man while he was riding a bicycle.


It was added that the army deployed sharpshooters in the “Kafr Saba” neighborhood, impeded the movement of ambulances, and destroyed a monument to a slain Palestinian in the center of the city.


On Thursday evening, Israeli forces invaded the town of Qusra, south of Nablus in the northern West Bank, leading to protests among Palestinian youths.

Soldiers fired live rounds, tear gas canisters, and concussion grenades at those who resisted the incursion, injuring a Palestinian child in the thigh with live ammunition.

In related news, Israeli soldiers stationed in the center of Silwad town, northeast of Ramallah, opened fire with live rounds and tear gas canisters, at those who protested the army presence, causing several citizens to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.

Earlier on Thursday, occupation forces killed Karim Raeq Abd al-Raouf Amir, 23, and shot another young man in the town of Bala’a, northeast of Tulkarem in the northwestern part of the West Bank, in addition to shooting a child in the town of Anabta, to the east.
