Israeli occupation forces abducted several Palestinians on Tuesday during invasions across the occupied West Bank, including Bethlehem, Tubas and Tulkarem, while also invading towns in occupied Jerusalem and the central West Bank, according to local and Palestinian sources.

In Tammun, south of Tubas in the northeastern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted Amin Husni Bani Odaeh, 43, after breaking into his home in the town, according to Kamal Bani Odeh, director of the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society office in Tubas.

In Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted nine Palestinians from several areas of the governorate.

The soldiers abducted Khalil Emad al-Amour, 30, from the town of Tuqu, east of Bethlehem, as well as Fadi Abdul Hadi Hammad and Abdul-Hadi Aref Hammad from the Saff Street in Bethlehem city.

Israeli forces also abducted Jamil Ragheb al-Lahham, Amjad Saleh Abu Aker, Munjed Saleh Abu Aker and Mohammed Ibrahim Hussein Obeyyat from the Abu Freiha area, along with Marwan Mahmoud Issa Fararja, secretary of the Fatah movement in Aida refugee camp, and Talal Ahmad Salama Obeyyat from the Hindaza area east of Bethlehem, after breaking into their homes and searching them.

Bethlehem Governorate has seen a continued escalation in Israeli military invasions and abductions across its towns and refugee camps, alongside repeated operations in which forces break into and search homes.

In recent days, Israeli forces invaded several areas of the governorate, including Tuqu, Aida refugee camp and Bethlehem city, and abducted a number of Palestinians as part of continuing detention operations across the occupied West Bank.

In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces invaded al-Jib, northwest of the city, and al-Isawiya, northeast of the city, on Tuesday morning. Local sources said the soldiers invaded a commercial shop in al-Jib, with no abductions reported there.

In al-Isawiya in occupied Jerusalem, Israeli forces abducted the owner of a street stand selling pastries bread and issued traffic citations to a number of residents’ vehicles while deployed in the town’s streets.

Towns and neighborhoods in occupied Jerusalem have faced repeated Israeli invasions involving break-ins at commercial shops and homes, abductions of residents and the imposition of citations and restrictive measures affecting daily life.

In al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the refugee camp on Tuesday and carried out a campaign of abductions and field interrogations.

During the invasion, the soldiers forces broke into several neighborhoods of the refugee camp, abducted 25 Palestinians and subjected them to field interrogation before releasing most of them. Five Palestinians remained detained and under interrogation.

Al-Fawwar refugee camp has faced repeated Israeli military invasions involving break-ins and searches of homes, abductions and field interrogations, as part of a continuing campaign targeting refugee camps and towns in Hebron in the southern West Bank and across the occupied West Bank.

In Sa’ir, east of Hebron, Israeli forces abducted five Palestinians on Tuesday during an invasion of the town.

Israeli forces abducted Mohammad Jaradat and three of his sons, Shawqi, Ehab and Jihad, after breaking into and searching their homes. Forces also abducted Adham Mohammad Allam and caused damage to his home during the break-in and search.

Sa’ir has faced repeated Israeli military invasions involving break-ins and searches of homes and abductions of residents, as part of a continuing campaign targeting areas across the occupied West Bank.

In Kobar, north of Ramallah in the central West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town on Monday evening, deployed in several streets and fired tear gas canisters, according to local sources. No injuries or abductions were reported during the invasion.

In Tulkarem in the northwestern West Bank, Israeli forces abducted Laith Ali al-Shobaki at dawn Tuesday after breaking into his home and damaging its contents, according to local sources.
