For the 113th consecutive day, Israeli occupation forces have continued their assault on Tulkarem city and Tulkarem refugee camp, in the occupied West Bank’s northwestern part, while the Nur Shams refugee camp has been under attack for 100 days, amid escalating military operations.

Reports indicate that Israeli forces have tightened their siege on both refugee camps, with gunfire and explosions heard intermittently.

Civilians who were forcibly displaced are being prevented from returning to their homes to retrieve belongings.

Israeli forces have intensified their presence, converting several homes into military outposts and sniper positions, while firing heavily and targeting anyone attempting to enter the camps or approach their homes.

In Nur Shams refugee camp, Israeli forces have deployed heavy bulldozers, demolishing over 20 residential buildings in recent days, along with adjacent structures, forcibly displacing their residents.

These violations are part of a broader plan to demolish 106 homes in Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps.

Israeli forces have also imposed severe restrictions at the southern entrance to Tulkarem, setting up a military roadblock under Jabara Bridge, stopping vehicles in both directions, searching them, and checking passengers’ IDs.

Daily violations continue in southern Tulkarem, particularly near Jabara Bridge, where Israeli forces repeatedly close gates, set up military roadblock, and disrupt traffic. This entrance has become a primary route after the closure of the eastern entrance near Nur Shams refugee camp.

Israeli forces have deployed additional military vehicles, patrolling the streets of Tulkarem and its refugee camps around the clock, using sirens provocatively, driving against traffic, and setting up random checkpoints, particularly in the city center.

In Nablus Street and the northern neighborhood, Israeli forces have seized multiple residential buildings, forcibly evicted the families and turning them the buildings into military bases. Some of these buildings have remained under Israeli control for over two months.

The ongoing Israeli offensive has resulted in the killing of 13 Palestinians, including a child and two women, one of whom was pregnant, along with dozens of injuries and abductions. The assault has caused widespread destruction, targeting homes, businesses, vehicles, and infrastructure, with reports of demolitions, arson, looting, and theft.

The military escalation has also forcibly displaced over 4,200 families from Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, affecting more than 25,000 people.

Israeli forces have also destroyed over 400 homes, while 2,573 others have suffered partial destruction. Entrances and alleyways in both refugee camps have been sealed off with earth barriers, turning them into isolated zones devoid of life.
