Israeli forces invaded several parts of the occupied West Bank, on Friday night and Saturday morning, amid heightened tensions with Palestinian youths, the Palestinian Information Center reported.

A number of Palestinian youths, in response to an Israeli soldier fatally shooting a child, set an Israeli memorial on fire and obstructed the main road with rocks and burning tires, near al-Mughayir village in northeast of Ramallah, central West Bank.

Israeli soldiers stormed Palestinian civilian homes in the northern West Bank Qalqilia governorate, as well as
the Shu’fat refugee camp in occupied East Jerusalem.

On Thursday night and Friday at dawn, Israeli soldiers stormed Burqa village near Nablus, northern West Bank, broke into and searched a number of homes, before detaining former prisoner, Saeed Hajji.

Meanwhile, from al-‘Isawiya neighborhood in occupied East Jerusalem, soldiers detained Wadee Ulayan.

Occupation forces detained brothers Sanad and Ali Khalileeh, as they attempted to cross al-Hamra military roadblock, near the northern West Bank city of Tubas.
