On Tuesday evening, illegal Israeli settlers, opened live fire at several Palestinian-owned homes in Susya village, in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, in the southern occupied West Bank.
This comes as a number of settler attacks were reported in Nablus, Ramallah, and Hebron earlier Tuesday evening, in which settlers injured a Palestinian family, and damaged vehicles.
According to Osama Makhamra, a local activist, an Israeli colonizer opened fire with live ammunition at a number of Palestinian-owned homes in the village, with no reports of any injuries.
Media sources added that dozens of colonists gathered on a roundabout, near the illegal “Hagai” colony, south of Hebron, and shouted racist chants calling for the murder of Palestinians.
On Monday, one illegal settler was killed, and another was seriously injured by Palestinian gunmen, south of Hebron.
Since that time, occupation forces have closed the entrances to the city, and many other surrounding towns and villages, in a clear act of collective punishment.
It is important to mention that there has been an increase in settler attacks in the area and across the occupied West Bank.
