Israeli forces, on Wednesday, detained several Palestinians from various areas of the occupied West Bank, the Jerusalem Press reported.
Occupation forces detained Mu’taz Jumaa Jadal Abu Muhaimid, 29, from the al-Fardis area, east of Bethlehem, in the southern West Bank, after they stormed and searched his father’s home.
In the northern West Bank, south of Jenin, an Israeli army force invaded the village of Muthalath Al-Shuhada, and detained Ihab Hatem Asa`sa, after storming and searching the home of his family members.
Local Palestinians protested the military invasion into the village, which caused Israeli forces to fire live rounds, stun grenades and tear-gas canisters, injuring Majd Mazen Asa`sa, 18, in the leg with live rounds.
The youth was transferred to Jenin Governmental Hospital, no information on the teens condition was available at the time of reporting.
In the central West Bank city of Ramallah, soldiers detained two Palestinian civilians after breaking into their private homes.
Israeli forces re-arrested the former prisoner, Shadi Badr Al-Amor, 29, after they invaded Yatta town, south of Hebron city, in the southern West Bank.
The Israeli police, on Tuesday evening, detained three teenagers from their homes in Shufat refugee camp, in occupied Jerusalem, the Palestinian Information Center reported.
Local sources said that a large number of Israeli police stormed Shufat refugee camp and detained three teenagers, no reason was provided for the detentions.
