On Saturday evening, Israeli occupation soldiers injured a Palestinian child in the head and caused several residents to suffer the effects of toxic tear‑gas inhalation in the village of Deir Abu Mashal, north of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank’s central district.

Several Israeli military vehicles invaded the village and attacked a nonviolent procession opposing the establishment of a new illegal colonialist outpost on the villagers’ lands in the outskirts of the area.

The soldiers then blocked roads and fired many gas bombs, concussion grenades, and rubber‑coated steel bullets.

Medical sources confirmed that a child was struck in the head with a gas bomb, causing moderate wounds, while several Palestinians suffered the effects of tear‑gas inhalation.

On Friday, approximately thirty illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers assaulted a Palestinian family while they were working on their land in Deir Abu Mashal, wounding several people, including one who suffered moderate injuries.

During the attack, the colonizers stole the mobile phones of the wounded man and three members of his family.
