On Friday, Israeli soldiers injured dozens of Palestinians during processions against the illegal Annexation Wall and Colonies in several parts of the occupied West Bank.
In Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, the soldiers injured many Palestinians during a procession in Beit Ummar town, north of the city.
In Kufur Qaddoum town, east of the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia, the soldiers shot three Palestinians with rubber-coated steel bullets during the weekly procession and caused many to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
The Palestinians hold weekly processions every Friday and Saturday in Kufur Qaddoum, demanding the army to reopen the town’s main entrance, blockaded 19 years ago to allow easy access to illegal colonizers driving to and from Kedumim colony, built on stolen Palestinians.
In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers caused several injuries, especially due to the effects of tear gas inhalation, during processions against the illegal colonialist activities in Beita and Qaryout, south of the city, and in Beit Dajan village, east of the city.
In Qaryout, the soldiers fired many gas bombs and concussion grenades at Palestinians, protesting an invasion by the paramilitary colonizers into the area of the local water spring.
Ghassan Daghlas, a Palestinian official who monitors Israel’s illegal colonialist activities in the northern West Bank, said the soldiers injured twelve Palestinians in the eastern area of Beit Dajan when the soldiers attacked the weekly procession in Sbeih Mountain.
The Palestinians have been holding ongoing processions on their lands in Sbeih Mountain in Beita and Beit Dajan after a group of illegal Israeli colonizers installed an outpost atop the Mountain.
During these protests, the soldiers injured thousands of Palestinians and killed several others, including children.
The Mountain, owned by the Palestinians, has significant strategic importance, especially since if the colonizers occupied it, the colony would lead to the annexation of 20 Dunams of Palestinian lands and would also lead to the isolation of a large area of Palestinian lands.
Also Friday, dozens of Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers assaulted many Palestinians near the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied capital, Jerusalem, injured several Palestinians and caused damage to cars.
