On Thursday, illegal Israeli colonizers invaded Burqa town, northwest of the northern West Bank city of Nablus, leading to protests around the schools’ area before Israeli soldiers invaded the town and caused many schoolchildren to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

Ghassan Daghlas, a Palestinian official who monitors Israel’s illegal colonialist activities, said the colonizers infiltrated the schools’ area before the locals intercepted them and tried to force them to leave.

Daghlas added that Israeli soldiers invaded the town and fired many live rounds, gas bombs, and concussion grenades, causing many Palestinians, especially schoolchildren, to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.

The school’s administration had to shut down the educational facility and send the student home to avoid further injuries and attacks.
