Late Friday night, Israeli soldiers shot a young man with live fire and caused many to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation at the main entrance of the Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said the soldiers attacked Palestinian protesters with live fire, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs.

They added that the soldiers shot one Palestinian with live fire in his leg, causing a moderate but stable injury.

The soldiers also caused many Palestinians, including those in their homes, to suffer the effects of tear gas inhalation.
