On Monday evening, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian child in Madama village, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that soldiers shot a 15-year-old child in the thigh with a live round.

The PRCS stated that its medics treated the wounded child before rushing him to a hospital in Nablus.

Madama’s mayor, Abdullah Ziyada, stated that military jeeps invaded the village, closed streets, and fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, and gas bombs during ensuing protests.

Ziyada added that soldiers detained, assaulted, and interrogated many young men while inspecting their ID cards.

In related news, Israeli forces shot and critically injured a Palestinian young man, on Monday afternoon, after invading the “Bab al-Zawiya” area in the center of Hebron city, in the southern occupied West Bank.

The soldiers also shot two young Palestinian men and abducted eight citizens, in the village of Deir Abu Mash’al, northwest of Ramallah in the central West Bank, in addition to abducting three others in various towns and villages in the central West Bank governorate of Ramallah and Al-Biereh.

Early Monday, Israeli occupation soldiers conducted extensive invasions and violent searches across multiple neighborhoods in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate.

At dawn on Monday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted six Palestinians, including two children, from their homes in the Bethlehem governorate, south of occupied Jerusalem in the West Bank.
