On Wednesday evening, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian with live fire in Husan village, west of Bethlehem city in the occupied West Bank.

Media sources said several army jeeps invaded the eastern area of the village, leading to protests, and fired live rounds, rubber-coated steel bullets, concussion grenades, and gas bombs.

They added that the soldiers shot a young man, 22, with a live round in the thigh before the local medics rushed him to a hospital in Bethlehem.

The soldiers also blockaded the village’s eastern and western entrances, preventing the Palestinians from entering or leaving it.
