Israeli occupation forces invaded, on Thursday evening, the village of Jalboun, east of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, and injured many Palestinians who resisted the incursion.
According to Ibrahim Abu Al-Rub, the head of the Jalboun village council, occupation soldiers stormed the western neighborhood of the village, and carried out a search campaign, sparking protests among local Palestinian youths.
Soldiers opened fire with concussion grenades and tear gas canisters at those who resisted the invasion, causing many to suffer the toxic effect of tear gas inhalation.
Meanwhile, the army invaded Ya’bad town and Nazlet Zeid village, west of the city, in addition to the villages of Rummanah and Anin to the northwest, and launched search campaigns.
Earlier Thursday, soldiers stormed the village of Jalboun and roamed the streets in military vehicles, while continuing to occupy the home of citizen, Jihad Abu Al-Rub, for the sixth consecutive day.
