Medical sources in the Gaza Strip said Israeli occupation forces killed four Palestinians since dawn Saturday, as the army carried out extensive demolition operations targeting residential buildings in several areas of the southern Gaza Strip, in continued violations of the “ceasefire” agreement.
The Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City reported receiving one slain Palestinian and several wounded after an Israeli strike on the al‑Fallujah area west of Jabalia, in northern Gaza.
Earlier, ambulance crews recovered the bodies of two Palestinians killed in Beit Lahia, where multiple neighborhoods were subjected to artillery shelling and live fire by Israeli forces.
A medical source at the Baptist Hospital in Gaza confirmed the killing of one Palestinian and the injury of others in an Israeli drone strike on the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.
In Gaza City, Israeli tanks opened heavy fire toward the Tuffah neighborhood, coinciding with artillery strikes targeting the same area.
Israeli forces also carried out large‑scale demolition and explosive operations in the eastern and northeastern areas of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.
According to field reporters, the army detonated residential buildings inside areas under its control in Bani Suhaila, east of the city, while Israeli warplanes flew at low altitude over western Khan Younis.
In Gaza’s southernmost area, Israeli artillery shelled the northwestern parts of Rafah, while occupation forces fired illumination rounds over the western areas of the city.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza said Israeli “ceasefire” violations continue across multiple districts of the Strip. These violations alone have resulted in the killing of 1,066 Palestinians and the injury of 3,445 since the ceasefire was announced on October 11, 2025.
The Health Ministry added that hospitals received 16 slain Palestinians and 16 wounded over the past 48 hours. It said the latest fatalities include seven slain Palestinians —six killed by shelling and gunfire and one who succumbed to previous wounds—along with nine Palestinians whose bodies were recovered from under the rubble.
It noted that several victims remain under collapsed buildings and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them due to ongoing Israeli fire and destroyed access routes.
