Israeli soldiers abducted, on Friday at dawn, a young Palestinian man and searched many homes in Hebron governorate, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank.

Several army jeeps invaded the Shiokh al-‘Arroub town, north of Hebron, and abducted Mohammad Kamal Oweidat, 24, after breaking into his home and ransacking.

The soldiers also invaded Yatta town, south of Hebron, before breaking into homes and searching them, in addition to interrogating several residents.

On Thursday at night, the soldiers closed the iron gate at the entrance of the al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron, and prevented the Palestinians from entering or leaving it.
