Updated: On Tuesday evening, Israeli soldiers abducted five Palestinians from Jenin and Jericho, in the occupied West Bank.
In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, the soldiers abducted Marwan Husam Bisharat, 39, from Tammoun town, south of Tubas, after stopping him at a military roadblock in Ein Siniya area, north of Ramallah.
In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Jaber An-Nooh, Eyad Al-Ammar, and Ziad Al-Ammar, from the Jenin refugee camp, after stopping their car at a military roadblock near Fahma village, south of Jenin.
The soldiers also abducted Anwar Abu Sbaa’ from Jenin refugee camp after invading and searching his home.
The soldiers invaded Ya’bad, Arrana Al-Jalama, Faqqu’a, and Jalboun villages, installed roadblocks, and conducted searches while interrogating many Palestinians.
In Jericho, in the northeastern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Hasan Rami Sarafandi, 16, from Ein Al-Sultan refugee camp, after summoning him for interrogation.
In related news, the soldiers invaded Deir Ballout town, west of the central West Bank city of Salfit, and confiscated an electric Tuk-tuk used by a farmer, Wa’el Masoud Efteih, for transportation and for loading his produce.
On Tuesday dawn, the soldiers invaded various communities across the occupied West Bank, broke into and violently searched dozens of homes, and abducted at least 32 Palestinians, including siblings.
It is worth mentioning that the Israeli army abducted at least 7.960 Palestinians since October 7, 2023, mostly from their homes. Many Palestinians had to turn themselves to the army after the soldiers took members of their families hostage.
At least 9.100 Palestinians, including 80 women and 200 children, are imprisoned by Israel. Among the detainees are about 3.558 held under the arbitrary Administrative Detention orders without charges or trial.
